Stepping into the Grand Centennial Gulfport felt like entering a hidden oasis in the heart of Centennial Plaza. the beautifully landscaped courtyard between the historical Spanish-inspired buildings set the stage for a truly luxurious stay. My partner and I were welcomed by friendly staff who made sure every detail was taken care of, adding a personal touch to our experience. Our room, with large windows offering breathtaking views of the dancing fountain and the Gulf of Mexico, was a serene escape. the room was well-appointed with modern amenities, including a rainfall shower that felt like a spa retreat. the attention to detail in the high-ceilings and elegant décor truly reflected the hotel's commitment to luxury. We immersed ourselves in the hotel's offerings, from the seasonal outdoor swimming pool to the swim-up bar at the 950-foot-long lazy river. the convenience of having a restaurant on-site made dining a delightful experience, and we also took advantage of the bar/lounge for evening drinks with a view. While the pool area was a highlight, we found ourselves wishing for more kid-friendly food options and easier access for families with young children.
